Our Chapter

The NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Manager) Santa Clara County Chapter is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. Our mission is to support the professional and ethical practices of rental home management through networking, education, and designation. Here are some benefits of membership:

• Once a year we dedicate a monthly meeting solely to promote our affiliate members.

Each year at our holiday party, we donate proceeds to our charities.  This year, our charity is the Kyle J Taylor Foundation, which honors Kyle John Taylor, who passed away from Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).  Kyle's mom, created the foundation and "A KYnd Heart is a Healthy Heart", which brings awareness to SCA in youth, the steps, the steps to prevent it, and how to respond to it. Each year at our summer picnic event, we donate proceeds to Sunday Friends.  This organization empowers families to break the generational cycle of poverty by fostering positive development in children while educating and guiding parents to support their children's life success.
